SensorCare+
Ensure the study can continue in the event of a sensor failure
The movisens SensorCare+ provides a quick replacement sensor in the event of accidental damage to the sensor that renders it inoperable. Upon notifying us of a claim, we will ship a replacement sensor within 2 business days and we require the customer to send the damaged sensor back to us for assessment. If we don't receive the damaged sensor back within 4 weeks, we will invoice the customer for the new sensor at full price. Whilst we will try (upon request) to recover any data that was on the sensor at the time, we cannot guarantee that this will be successful. You are entitled to up to 2 replacement sensors per year of the SensorCare+. Please be fully aware that this does not cover lost sensors.

5 Year warranty of sensors
movisens offers a 5-year warranty for all sensor products. No further repair costs for faulty sensors. Excludes batteries and accidental and/or intentional damage.
